Choice Physical Therapy opened its first clinic in Auburn, IN, in July 2022. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable healthcare services. Our approach centers on treating each patient as a unique individual, recognizing their distinct backgrounds and experiences—this philosophy is the cornerstone of our practice. The success of our patients is the measure of our own success.

Andy Wagner, PT, ACT
Andy brings over 20 years of experience in physical therapy and healthcare leadership. He began his academic journey studying Athletic Training at UINDY and earned his degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University School of Medicine. Andy launched his career as an outpatient therapist in Fort Wayne, IN, and went on to hold executive leadership roles with expanding contract rehabilitation companies for more than 15 years.
In 2022, inspired by a vision to create patient- and team-focused outpatient clinics in the Midwest, Andy opened the first Choice Physical Therapy location in Auburn, IN. Choice Physical Therapy was founded to foster an environment that prioritizes both patient care and team member well-being, creating an ideal setting for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to all clients.

Brian Roth, PT, COMT
Brian Roth is a local PT that has 30 years of experience after graduating from University of Michigan-Flint in 1995. Prior to opening Choice Physical Therapy, Brian had practiced in various Outpatient Physical Therapy clinics, Occupational Health clinics, extended care facilities and hospital base therapy settings — most right here in DeKalb County ever since 2000. He has been a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) since 2006.
Brian specializes in treating patients with various musculoskeletal orthopedic conditions: pre and post-surgical, chronic pain, cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine issues, patients with amputations, neurological related clients, work related injuries and ergonomics. He enjoys spending one on one time with each of his clients. His greatest satisfaction of being a PT is coming alongside his patients and helping them restore normal function, reach their personal goals and help them return to their normal activities.

Konner Platt, DPT
After earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 2023, Konner began his professional career in the outpatient orthopedic setting, specializing in rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions of the spine and extremities.
Konner takes a personalized approach with every patient to design a treatment plan that fits each patient’s goals, lifestyles, and needs. Whether a young athlete eyeing a return to competition or an older adult wanting to maintain independence and safe mobility, Konner’s goal is simple: to help each patient feel confident in their movement and capable in their everyday life.

Natalie Kvas, DPT
Natalie earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Trine University in 2023. Her early experiences attending therapy sessions with her twin sister, who has Cerebral Palsy, inspired a lifelong dedication to helping others regain strength, confidence, and independence through movement. She is passionate about providing evidence-based care for both orthopedic and neurologic conditions, tailoring each treatment plan to meet her patients’ specific goals and functional needs. Natalie holds certifications in dry needling, vestibular therapy, and pelvic floor therapy.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family and serves as a board member for a non-profit organization that helps those with disabilities in Ethiopia.

Ethan Linder, DPT
Ethan Linder is a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and graduate of the University of Findlay, where he also played collegiate basketball. His experience as a student-athlete sparked a lifelong passion for sports, movement, and rehabilitation, inspiring his commitment to helping others achieve peak performance and recover from injury. Ethan began his career in physical therapy with Choice Physical Therapy in Auburn, Indiana, and now serves patients at the Hicksville, Ohio clinic. He holds advanced certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling and specializes in restoring mobility, reducing pain, and optimizing functional performance for individuals of all activity levels. Dedicated to evidence-based, patient-centered care, Ethan strives to empower each person to return to the activities they love while building lasting strength, resilience, and confidence in their movement.

Karissa Sonneberger, DPT
Karissa is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She received her undergraduate degree from Walsh University and her graduate degree from Youngstown State University.
Since joining Choice PT in March of 2024, she has gained experience working with people of all ages and numerous diagnoses. After hearing many stories from various women who struggle with incontinence and pain (especially those who have had children or are expecting), she has grown to love working to improve pelvic health.

Sierra Gearhart, PTA
With eight years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Sierra is passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their daily lives. She is excited to bring her skills and enthusiasm to a small-town clinic setting, where she can build lasting connections and serve the local community.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She love anything outdoors, working on home projects, gardening, and reading.

Troy Kaiser, PTA
Troy has been practicing physical therapy for nearly 10 years with experience across outpatient care, home health, and long-term care facilities. He attended Purdue University and completed his PTA degree at PSI in Toledo.
Troy is passionate about helping patients return to their work, sports, and everyday activities—but just as importantly, he enjoys building relationships, sharing laughs, and making each visit to the clinic a positive experience.
Originally from Syracuse, Indiana, Troy has called the Angola area home for over a decade. He is excited to be back in the outpatient setting, where his PT journey first began in 2016.
Outside of the clinic, he loves spending time with his wife, Taryn, and their two kids, Cameron and Kinsley. As a family, they enjoy anything outdoors—hunting, fishing, hiking, and all kinds of sports.
Troy is grateful for the opportunity to make an impact at Choice Physical Therapy and looks forward to earning his patients’ trust as they work together to get back to a strong, healthy life!

Mandy Moore PTA is a graduate of the University of Saint Francis. With a long history of treating orthopedic conditions, especially total joint replacement. Mandy enjoys getting people back to doing the things they love and enjoy after surgery.

Abbie Miller, PTA
Abbie is a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant who earned her degree from the University of St. Francis. She works closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that support long-term strength, mobility, and confidence. Abbie is passionate about helping individuals restore movement, relieve pain, and return to the activities they love.

Allison is a medical assistant with over ten years of experience in family medicine, pain management, and physical therapy. She is dedicated to attention to detail, ensuring an optimal experience for patients at Choice Physical Therapy. Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Nicholle Grose, Executive Coordinator
Nicholle’s background has provided her with strong skills in collaboration, facilitation, adaptability, and initiative, enabling her to accomplish tasks efficiently. As a Customer Care Coordinator, she worked directly with local families, coordinated with outpatient rehabilitation facilities, and managed orders for custom durable medical equipment.
More recently, in her role as Executive Coordinator, she has been encouraged to grow spiritually, expand her technological skills, and further develop her leadership abilities. Nicholle highly values being part of a team that demonstrates a strong work ethic, upholds integrity, prioritizes communication, and shares a passion for helping others.

Terri Morr, Front Office
Terri has been our Patient Coordinator for almost 2 years. She is the voice on the other end of the phone that gets your appointments scheduled, and will usually be the first face you see when stepping into Choice Physical Therapy! Terri has lived in DeKalb County most of her life, and enjoys attending community events, biking, and spending time with her two daughters and 5 granddogs.
